My philosophy
The next stage does not have to cost you the previous one
I am not interested in transformation that begins by destroying everything that already works.
Sometimes sacrifice is necessary. Very often it is simply assumed. My instinct is to question that assumption first and look for a route that keeps what supports you while adding what is missing.
More freedom without automatically losing income
A professional who wants to travel may first explore a remote arrangement instead of assuming that freedom requires financial instability.
Entrepreneurship with a stronger foundation
A business idea can sometimes be tested or built alongside corporate stability rather than through an unnecessarily abrupt leap.
A broader life without surrendering independence
Creativity, love, health and adventure do not have to erase the status or financial autonomy someone worked years to establish.
From St Petersburg to Nice
Twenty-five years ago, this life sounded almost impossible.
My dream was to live in Nice, between the mountains and the sea; to be free and independent; to guide people from around the world, online and in person; and to return seriously to my childhood passion for creative writing.
For a Russian girl from St Petersburg, it felt impossibly distant. Today it is simply my life: international work, the French Riviera, books, new creative projects and the freedom to keep asking what comes next.
I think of my role as a catalyst. I know many of the ingredients, I understand how transitions behave, and the right guidance can make change clearer and faster.
Lived experience
My guidance does not come from theory alone
Much of what I know was learned with my sleeves rolled up: through successes, mistakes, risks, doubts and decisions whose consequences could not be understood in advance.
I know some of the prices involved because I have paid them myself. That does not mean I guide everyone or that every kind of problem belongs with me. It means I recognise the terrain behind many of the choices my clients face.
