Inspiring Story 01
Investment banker who dreamt of becoming a sculptor and successfully sold his business at 48.
D.G., 50, was a successful German businessman and former investment banker who had fulfilled his career ambitions and proved his success to his parents and peers. But since his teenage years, he had dreamed of an artistic life. After retiring, he began building a modern art collection, creating an art gallery, including a virtual one, and supporting young artists and sculptors. He also started a charity and a series of special events helping orphaned children develop their artistic abilities. Another dream, inspired by Jules Verne as a teenager, was to travel around the world in 80 days. He has already crossed deserts and mountains, and his own 80-day journey is still ahead.

Retiring to a château, producing his own wine and publishing a novel: a senior French executive's dream.
A.P., 53, was a senior French executive in a major corporation. His plan was clear: sell his apartment, take early retirement and buy a beautiful vineyard in the south of France, where he could produce his own wine. He also had an idea for a very special novel and dreamed of publishing it. Behind the corporate leader was a romantic soul, and, importantly, he had a realistic strategy for turning those dreams into life. Sometimes even the most senior executives dream of creating something deeply personal, whether their own wine brand or a romantic novel with their name on the cover.

But since my teenage years, I have been progressing slowly but steadily towards greater degrees of freedom - learning languages, top education, French citizenship. Leaving the office. Investing into passive income for the future.

Most people live in survival mode. We often get stuck in it, even after we have "survived", produced progenitor, have more than enough. The opposite to survival mode is not indulging into extreme luxuries hedonist style, but Creating, driven by the soul desire, pure inspiration. Creating power is the god-like ultimate higher form of existence in this context.

My own abbreviation for special type of my clients. High achievers, by 35-55 they have already established careers, financial and social success and their Egos can relax, no need to "prove" anymore. They shift focus from external to internal, asking "who am I? what is the purpose, mission? What do I really want?" And this is how their personal development path starts, which could be called "soul-led", or "spiritual" development, path to real freedom, dreams coming true, enjoying the life.

An Italian executive was at a career crossroads when he called me for a coaching session.
Luca G., 45, was referred by a friend, one of my French clients. After Mexico, he had relocated to Russia and faced a choice: continue in general management or return to his own business. In less than 45 minutes, the answer became clear. He was a successful corporate general manager, but whenever he spoke about his own venture, his energy rose and even his voice changed. I reflected this back to him, and his next step became obvious. In his words: “I left with enough clarity to rethink my career, business and life.” Sometimes, at a crossroads, all you need is a couple of strong questions asked at the right time, with the right attitude.

Natalie P., CEO in fashion and style, flew to meet me in France to take her business to an international scale.
After 14 hours of much-needed sleep, Natalie woke up and stepped onto the terrace. Seeing the Southern Alps on the horizon, she was immediately inspired: “I understood what I came for right away: Hollywood Hills, the Oscars, me working with movie stars and celebrities on their style.” The ideas came that very first morning. A few days later, she left with a clear strategy for European and global expansion, including the Cannes Film Festival, clients in Switzerland, and a book under a newly chosen, punchy pseudonym. A few years later, she moved to Italy, which became a much better base for her fashion and styling business.

Escaping the system
Dr Pavlov conditioned his dog to salivate each time the bell rings. We are all conditioned by the stream, society we live in, and it takes enormous courage and efforts to de-condition yourself, stop reacting automatically to each stimulus. Escaping the system is not about self isolating in the cave or top of the mountain, but breaking free from conventional ways to think and act. To make own choices, even if they seem unconventional.

French term Art of Living means enjoying the small things in life, like cappuccino foam or shell decorations in the bathroom. I use it for "Making Life a Piece of Art, a MasterPiece": Precious. Unique. Personalized. Intimate. Self-expressed. Uncommon... and absolutely Inspiring to others. Your life should be a Masterpiece that someone sees and exclaims "Wow!" in astonishment and admiration.

Legacy is the part of your life that keeps creating value without your presence.
I may sound pathetic, I know, but at 50, creating something bigger than my life .. has a meaning to me. Yes, we create our children and fortune, and they may stay when we are gone. But there is more. Someone builds a church or a cathedral in home town. Someone creates a film festival of some special kind, like documentary films. Or an AI special project. Or decide to write a bestseller (not necessarily) book.

A renowned businessman was searching for a modern AI unicorn to invest in and diversify his portfolio.
Alex B., 48, was bored with traditional investments and searching for a very special “unicorn.” For a month, we used my goal-achievement methods, designed not only to reach a specific goal but to do it in harmony with the rest of a person's life and in a way that benefits everyone involved. Alex was not looking only for financial return. He wanted more drive, fun, mission and purpose. He eventually found his unicorn: a futuristic innovation in HR and recruitment technology that even felt to me like something from science fiction. Working with a young, ambitious team building new AI technology gave him far more than another investment. It brought back excitement, curiosity and a sense of purpose.

Personal mantra of David Solomon, veteran Goldman Sachs banker and CEO, also known as DJ D-Sol.
One of the most inspiring stories for me is David Solomon's. He became CEO of Goldman Sachs in 2018, succeeding Lloyd Blankfein, while also building a second identity as DJ D-Sol. He has performed internationally, practises yoga and has spoken openly about the importance of keeping passions alive alongside a demanding professional life. His point is simple: passions are not distractions from serious work; they are part of what gives us the energy to keep doing it. At one point, his Spotify profile had more than 550,000 monthly listeners. I find his story inspiring because it shows that even at the very top, you do not have to abandon the parts of yourself that make you feel alive.

Alternative reality, alongside the existing ones
In the "Matrix" movie, it all starts with the main hero not really being satisfied with his reality. That's how it starts, and then you follow the white rabbit into the deep rabbit hole to discover a new reality.
This is how great things start. That's how you become the hero of a story. But we don't have to break the current reality or destroy it. All it takes is to make a step aside. We don't need to destroy one reality to start building another one, which can simply run in parallel, as an alternative reality that coexists with the old one.

Opposite poles attract; like poles repel. Basic physics.
The Law of Polarity is universal, and even great love fades when two poles become too similar in energy. I have seen emasculated men and masculinized women, especially in the corporate world. Careers are boosted, but private life suffers. In the second half of our lives, with social success already achieved, we - both men and women - can finally relax and be ourselves, return to our natural polarized energy and communication.

Passion for hunting led to a new job, a new marriage and a more fulfilled life.
E.B., a Scandinavian woman in her 40s, had an interesting and successful corporate career, but she was not fully happy with either her work or her private life. During 12 months in my private mastermind, she had several serious insights and transformations. She began following what genuinely gave her energy: long walks in nature with her hunting dog, more time hunting, and caring for her horse with her daughter. Through these passions she met new people, including men who shared her love of animals and hunting. Soon she remarried. Their blended family grew to include several children, hunting dogs and beautiful horses, and she later sent me joyful family photos from the wedding. What inspires me is that she already had a complete life on paper, yet had the courage in midlife to change what was not making her happy. She chose a life that fit her better, and it became far more fulfilling.

Keep your CEO job and live your dream: own a thematic art gallery at Place des Vosges.
Richard A., 55, European head of a global bank, had always dreamed of building his own art collection and was already an experienced collector. After more than 20 years collecting a very specific type of art, he realised he could take it further and share his eye and talent with the world. We met in Paris, visited galleries, explored spaces and built partnerships across Europe and the U.S. His first thematic exhibition was a success, attracting media attention and interest from key people in national museums and galleries. Following that success, he launched his own art gallery project in a special place in Paris and began supporting young artists from around the world working in the same field. What I love about this story is that he did not need to sacrifice his top corporate career. His artistic side found its own place to shine, giving him purpose, fulfilment and meaning alongside his banking role.
