How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy tends to work backwards to understand where something came from. Coaching works forwards from where you are now towards a specific change. Plenty of my clients do both, and I'll say so if I think therapy is the better fit for what you're bringing.

How long does it take to see a difference?

Most people notice a shift within three sessions — usually in clarity before behaviour. If you don't feel anything different by session three, we change the approach or I refer you on. I'd rather do that than keep billing you.

Do you work online or in person?

Both. Online video for most clients worldwide, in person in Berlin when schedules allow. Sessions are identical in structure either way.

What happens in a first session?

Ninety minutes. We cover what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what a good outcome looks like specifically enough to measure. You leave with one thing to do, whether or not you continue.

What does it cost?

Individual sessions and packages are listed on the career services page. Personal coaching is quoted after a free 20-minute intro call, because the shape varies a lot. Two subsidised places are held each cohort.

Can my employer pay?

Yes, and often they will. I invoice companies directly and can provide a scope document for L&D budgets. What we discuss stays between us — employers receive an attendance confirmation, nothing else.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the session is charged, except in emergencies — tell me and we'll sort it out.

Is what I say confidential?

Entirely, with the standard exceptions for risk of serious harm. Client stories on this site are published only with written permission and with details changed.

Do you speak at company events?

Accepted Answer

Yes — keynotes, workshops and coaching clinics. Send the date, audience and format through the contact form and I'll reply with availability and a fee range.

Is the Goals course self-paced?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Six recorded modules, lifetime access, and a workbook. There's no cohort or live component, though course buyers get a discount on one-to-one sessions.
