Question 1

Is one session enough to get a good result?

Accepted Answer

It can be. The result depends on the situation and on how ready you are to absorb the recommendations and act on them. One finance manager moved into a CFO role after a single session because she understood the visibility problem, followed the advice immediately and created the right opportunity. A session provides direction; the client’s decisions and follow-through create the result.

Question 2

Can I expect the same results as the clients in these cases?

Accepted Answer

No two clients should expect exactly the same result. Starting points, experience, resources, markets and personal capacity differ. These cases show what has happened in real engagements; they are not promises. The clients achieved the outcomes through their own decisions and effort. Olga’s role is to guide, challenge and reveal options, while most of the result depends on what you do next.

Question 3

Are consultations limited to particular countries, industries or functions?

Accepted Answer

No. Olga has worked with professionals around the world, including expatriates and Russian-, English- and French-speaking clients. The fundamentals of positioning, networking, interviews, communication and job search travel well. Where local, industry or functional nuances matter, the research and recommendations are adapted to your specific context.

Question 4

What if I have nothing genius?

Accepted Answer

It is very normal to hesitate. The best thing is to fill in the form and contact me for a 15–30 minute conversation, and we will clear it up together. I will tell you very honestly what potential I see in you and what your genius could be.

Question 5

Maybe I should ask a psychologist or psychotherapist instead?

Accepted Answer

A good psychologist can be wonderful, but they usually work with childhood traumas and wounds. I work with champions: people who are healthy, high-achieving and capable of reaching Olympic heights. If you are reading this, you are probably one of them.

Question 6

Maybe all I need is another two million dollars and then I can retire?

Accepted Answer

I have heard many clients begin with, ‘All I need is another two, five or twenty million, and I will be free.’ Unfortunately, money does not give freedom. What we really want is an emotional state, not the material thing itself. We often believe that more money, a new house, a new man or woman will give us the state we desire: freedom, love, comfort, fun and drive. But this is an illusion. The good news is that you can begin to create that desired emotional state right now. A fulfilling life can include thriving, drive, fun, passion, inspiration and freedom, even without those extra millions.

Question 7

What if I don’t have a clear project right now?

Accepted Answer

I prefer to work with people who have real, clearly formulated goals. That is true. But sometimes, in order to formulate the goal and the project, you need the support of another person: someone who asks the right questions and helps you articulate what is already inside you. If you read my page and feel some resonance, fill in the contact form and we can talk for 15–30 minutes. I may suggest just one deep session, where I ask you the right questions and together we formulate your project.

Question 8

Do you work online only?

Accepted Answer

No. I honestly prefer to work offline, face-to-face, in the traditional way. I often invite clients to fly to Nice, in the South of France, to meet me. Many come for a few days, a weekend, or sometimes even a full week of strategic sessions and focused work, which can be extremely productive. I also travel quite easily to European cities such as Paris or London, and to places such as Dubai or Kazakhstan when my clients need me there. I also enjoy travelling together with clients. We do individual retreats where we travel to a chosen place and combine the experience with strategic sessions.

Question 9

Can I get recordings after the sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After a session, you can ask for the recording. This can include video and audio recordings. You can also request a transcription and, where appropriate, a summary of our discussion with some of my personal feedback. In some of my products, these are already included.

Question 10

Do you work only with billionaires?

Accepted Answer

Of course not. (Laughing.) I have worked with a lawyer from Siberia whose income was about $400 a month, and one of the highest-paid clients I have worked with was an expatriate in Saudi Arabia with a package of around $10 million a year. Between those two points, there are many, many different possibilities.

Question 11

In the modern world, do you think AI will force people to leave corporations?

Accepted Answer

That is an interesting question. AI will definitely change the shape and format of the corporate world, and it is already doing so. Replacing some work with AI tools may reduce certain roles, but at the same time it creates new jobs, new businesses and new possibilities. The world is changing and evolving. The best thing you can do is grow, change and evolve with it, and perhaps even faster than it does: foresee what is coming, prepare for it and stay ahead of the changes.
